1. What EveryDojo is

EveryDojo is a directory and management tool for martial arts clubs. It lets parents and students find clubs and book trials, and lets instructors manage their club's profile, classes, students, and attendance.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of information you add for yourself or the members you manage. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their club's public profile.

3. Data we store

We store the account and membership details you provide (including licence application details and any photo you upload) to run the service. We don't sell your data. You can ask for your data to be removed at any time.

4. Club listings

Club profiles are created and edited only by the instructor who claims that club, or added by EveryDojo as a minimal, clearly-labelled "unclaimed" listing using only publicly available basic facts. Any club can ask to have its listing removed at any time.

5. No liability for in-person training

EveryDojo is a directory and management tool, not a martial arts school. Training safety, supervision, insurance, and DBS/background checks are the responsibility of each individual club, not EveryDojo. Always confirm a club's safeguarding credentials directly before attending.

Questions about these terms or your data can be raised directly with the club you're a member of, who can pass them on to EveryDojo.
